Following Willem's advice (or @hippowill) should I say, I turned up at Marcus Brown's Twitter Reading event (@Marcus_Brown) last night, in a pub next to London Bridge and... had a brilliant night! A night I could probably summarize as a sort of "stand up-comedy" event for Twitter users - or for those who at least understand the concept of Twitter ;-).
Titled "The garden of Tweedom", (check out here for the 'prelude'), the event was a mix of Twitter reading of brilliantly funny 140 character-messages written by Twitter users such as @will_humphrey or @johndodds, @samismail (which I must follow just to check out the 'boom' business...), a bit of beer drinking Octoberfeist-style whilst singing "Ein prosit" (Marcus lives in Munich), a bit of comedy with Marcus playing a Sacrum fictitious character and another fictitious character hit by SMEB (Social Media Expert Burnout Syndrome) and finally a bit of Twitter History with the Garden of Tweedom with Twitter users such as @Eve Twitting 'Naked? WTF!' in response to @God and @Adam suggestions during #morningcoffeesession ;-)

To those outside the twittosphere, this event might sounds strange... To me and to the crowd last night, it was a brilliant night. It was so refreshing compared to all the other bloggers' / twitters' meetup! A bit like a stand up comedy event as I was saying before...
Thanks Marcus, really looking forward to your next event in London! (and thanks again Willem for suggesting I should attend the event!)
